I run the bootcamp at Acton Park, I fell in love with fitness after struggling with my own weight after child birth. As a busy mum of 2, I understand on a personal level how important it is to find an effective fitness routine that fits into your lifestyle. My work outs are super-fun and fast paced and I like to work with you to achieve your goals whether it be to gain muscle tone and strength or weight loss and mental wellbeing.

WestFit Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness programme with one goal in mind; to get you in shape to live your best life! Combining innovative programs with uniquely motivating training to inspire you and keep you coming back. Classes are held rain or shine and I ensure you get a great workout no matter what your age or fitness level. I run regular bootcamps in Acton Park, check out our sessions page for times and locations. If you are a beginner to bootcamps we welcome you to take a trial class and you can then choose between a monthly unlimited membership or a drop in and pay as you go service.

Monthly Unlimited

Unlimited membership means you can drop into any bootcamp during the month. To sign up you will need to set up a standing order with your bank and email us proof along with a completed PARQ FORM.
Pay As You Go
You can attend a session at anytime and pay by cash or card to the trainer on the day. Please always arrive 10 mins before class starts. If you are a first timer please complete the PARQ FORM and email it to us in advance.

Free Taster Class

If you'd like to attend a taster class. Please complete the PARQ FORM and email it to us with confirmation of the bootcamp and the date you would like to attend your taster session. We will confirm your free place by email.
